Camomile

 

Ancient Greeks called it 'milo hame' which means 'apple of earth' because of its scent, as it is a very aromatic herb. It is well known for its calming and soothing properties.

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

100% pure, whole camomile flowers

 

 

 

PREPARATION:

Put 1-2 teaspoons into a cup and fill with boiling water. Let the tea brew for 5 minutes, then strain.

For delicious tea add honey, a slice of lemon or a few leaves of lemon verbena. For an uplifting and refreshing taste mix 1 teaspoon of camomile with 1 teaspoon of spearmint.

Alternatively, you can you use 1/2 cup of camomile with  2 liters of hot water to add to the bath tub.
