Lavender

Lavender is widely known for its beautiful aroma and bright purple flowers. It is native to the mountainous regions of the Mediterranean, but is now cultivated throughout the world.

Lavender is used as a flavouring in many recipes, especially in flavouring cakes and biscuit, handmade chocolates and many more.

These small, purple highly fragrant flowers make a perfect mild, soothing and calming herbal tea.

It is used also to make lavender bags which placed in your wardrobe give a fresh fragrance to your clothing and will deter moths. You can use lavender also in a bath for a soothing soak.
