INGREDIENTS:

100% spearmint leaves

 

 

PREPARATION:

Put 2 teaspoons into a cup and fill with boiling water. Let the tea brew for 5-15 minutes.

For delicious tea add honey, a slice of lemon or a few leaves of lemon verbena. For an uplifting and refreshing taste mix 1 teaspoon of  spearmint with

1 teaspoon of camomile.
