Culinary the flowers are traditional ingredients in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes, often used as a dye as a replacement for saffron and as seasoning in soups and cakes.

INGREDIENTS:

100% calendula petals

PREPARATION:
Put a small handful of calendula flowers into a cup and fill with boiling water. Let the tea steep for 5 minutes. Calendula tea is naturally sweet, but you can add honey for sweeter taste.
